Jetson’s Sustainability Impact: 2024–2025 Highlights
Thu Feb 05 2026
Jetson Appliances, Electronics & Mattresses continues to strengthen its commitment to sustainability through its partnership with Recycling Services of Florida, delivering measurable environmental benefits year over year.
In 2024, Jetson recycled 144.97 tons of cardboard, diverting the same amount from landfills. This effort was equivalent to saving 2,465 trees and generating 79,734 kWh of renewable energy—enough to power 89 homes for an entire month. These results reflected a strong foundation of responsible recycling practices across operations.
Building on that momentum, 2025 marked a noticeable increase in impact. Cardboard recycling rose to 150.26 tons, saving an estimated 2,554 trees. Total landfill diversion matched that increase, while renewable energy generation climbed to 82,643 kWh, enough to power 93 homes for a month. This year-over-year growth demonstrates Jetson’s continued progress toward reducing waste and supporting renewable energy production.
Together, the 2024 and 2025 sustainability results show consistent improvement, tangible environmental benefits, and an ongoing commitment to protecting natural resources, supporting local economies, and building a more sustainable future.
